eVeR Safe does not collect, store, transmit, retain, or share any personal information, usage data, or content from your device. There are no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no account creation, and no network requests that send information about you or your activity to us or to any third party. Everything the app does happens locally, on your headset.
To be specific, none of the following ever leaves your headset or reaches us:
Some Meta Quest features — such as hand tracking, guardian boundaries, or passthrough — are managed by the headset's operating system, not by this app. Where the app reads any of this information, it's used only in real time, on-device, to run the experience. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere by this app.
This app is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta may independently collect information under its own privacy policy in connection with your account, purchases, or platform-level features — for example, app installs, payments, or system analytics. Those practices are Meta's, governed by Meta's own privacy policy, and are outside the scope of this policy.
Because the app collects no data of any kind, no personal information is collected from anyone, including children under 13 or the relevant age of digital consent in your country.
There is no user data collected or stored, so there is no user data at risk. The app has no servers, no databases, and no backend of any kind.
If this ever changes — for example, if a future update introduces an optional online feature — this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date, and the change will be described here in plain language.
